Whilst ridgid schedule setting is key to organising a good event there needs to be an air of flexibility. The event would not be considered a success if upon arrival key clients decided they wanted to go snow mobile riding only to discover there was no time between meetings and lunches.
Whilst ensuring critical components such as travel, accommodation and equipment hire is run efficiently and smoothly, we aim to accommodate all of your arising needs once in resort. In the run up to your event we will work closely with you to ensure that the scheduled plans meet your requirements and that these are organised and adhered to in resort. However, should the need to re-arrange any aspect of the event arise then we will work with the group leaders to implement any changes and ensure they are communicated across the group.
